Elias Gemayel


Lebanese origins, Chef Elias Gemayel, served more than ten years of an international culinary experience. Gemayel oversees the culinary aspects of The Raw Bar by Gordon Ramsay as well as Gordon Ramsay restaurants including Opal and Gordon Ramsay Mediterranean.


Chef Elias Gemayel brings his creative flair and inventiveness to raw cuisine, turning the finest ingredients into culinary masterpieces.


Prior to joining The St. Regis Doha, Gemayel served as Executive Chef in numerous reputable restaurants and worked with renowned chefs such as Chef Pierre Orsi, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (M.O.F) and the legendary Chef Gordon Ramsay.
